The trickiest thing about using poles is the tendency to overthink things and become tiff and awkward!
Try to relax, follow the video and try to walk at a natural pace. It’s common to concentrate too much on your arms and this can make you move them without thinking about the legs. This can result in the arms and legs not syncing so keep things SIMPLE
Get into the starting position shown, remember your ‘triangles’ and try to stay in rhythm – so arms and legs work at the same speed.
