Once you have mastered the correct arm action, it’s time to gain even more power by ensuring you use all the muscles in your legs and feet.
It’s common to be a tad lazy when walking and this can mean short strides and a flat foot plant. As we want to wake up the whole body, we need to get those triangle actions through the legs too, this at once ensures the leg muscles work more effectively and helps you stride out. It should also encourage your feet to hit the ground heel first and then you can practice rolling through to the toes to consciously push yourself forward
