The natural movements we are aiming to achieve are all facilitated by the unique features on the WALX handle.
As tempting as it might be to ‘grab and go’ taking a few minutes to practice getting a light relaxed grip and the correct pole angle will make all the difference to the results you will get from pole walking
Note – If you do not have WALX poles, I do not recommend that you replicate a light grip with handles not designed for that purpose and that a straight pole shaft could compromise wrist angles when practising the drills outlined in the total body walking section.
